This is the second one in my series. Once I made the Ganesha one I knew that I could do more. I started out with Shiva - my next favorite God ;-) This time I paid more attention to detail and challenged myself to do more. That was not easy and took me some time to think how to go about it. I studied a lot of existing Brickheadz designs by LEGO and how they were made. That helped me a lot. I wanted to capture all the elements of Shiva - I wanted the serpent to go around his neck, I wanted the top of the hair to be like a man bun ;-) and have the Rudraksh beads around his neck and arms. All of that took me a long time but I think I really found an innovative way to do it all and am very pleased with the way it came out to be. In the end I captured most of the elements of Shiva - all of which have a significance but that's for another post someday.
